1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AccordPro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. AccordPro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
AccordPro provides AI-powered ACORD form generation tools for insurance agents, CSRs, and agency teams. The Service extracts data from uploaded documents and populates standardized ACORD form templates. AccordPro is not affiliated with or endorsed by ACORD Corporation.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated form data before use. AccordPro provides a review step for this purpose. You must not upload documents containing information you are not authorized to share. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AccordPro complies with all applicable laws and carrier requirements.
4. Subscription & Billing
AccordPro offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Your first ACORD form is free with no credit card required.
5. Data & Privacy
Documents you upload are used solely to generate ACORD forms and are not shared with third parties or used to train AI models. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You may request deletion of your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Limitation of Liability
AccordPro's AI extraction is highly accurate but not infallible. We make no warranty that AI-generated forms are error-free or suitable for submission without review. AccordPro shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, E&O claims, or damages arising from reliance on generated forms without independent verification by a licensed professional.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. AccordPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
